Glass repair companies to square off in Pa. court

The largest retailer in auto glass repair has been named in a lawsuit that alleges charges of steering, breach of contract, breach of good faith and fair dealing, deceptive trade practices and tortious interference, among other accusations. Diamond Triumph Auto Glass Inc. vs. Safelite Glass Corp. was filed in March in United States District Court in the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
